BidHero offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing and plan details are available on our website and subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at billing@bidhero.pro for a full refund. Refunds after 30 days are at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or years.

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your User Content. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by BidHero, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
"BidHero" and our logo are trademarks of BidHero, LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
