Customers access the secure customer portal to review bids, communicate with contractors, approve changes, and manage project documents. Both portals are optimized for mobile and desktop use, ensuring you can work efficiently whether you're in the office or on the job site.

How does login work? BidHero uses passwordless authentication for enhanced security. Simply enter your email address or phone number on the login page, and you'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via email or text message within seconds. Enter the code to access your account—no passwords to remember or manage.
First time user? If you're a contractor, start your free 30-day trial by signing up at bidhero.app. If you're a customer, your contractor will send you a secure invitation link via email to access your project portal.
Didn't receive your code? Check your spam/junk folder, or request a new code after waiting 60 seconds. Make sure you entered the correct email address or phone number. If you continue having issues, contact our support team at support@bidhero.pro.
Security features: Both portals use passwordless authentication with one-time codes sent via email or SMS. This eliminates password-related security risks while providing quick, convenient access. Industry-standard encryption protects all your data, and your login credentials are never shared between portals.
